Physical Preparation

So it’s confirmed. We have booked the place at Laban Rata. We are indeed going to climb Mt. Kinabalu. Excited… and yet apprehensive. What if I couldn’t make it? I have been reading other people’s stories about climbing Mt. Kinabalu. Some had to go back and didn’t reach the summit because they were too tired to go up. Argghh.. I wouldn’t be counted as one of those people who had gone back without reaching the summit. So I’ve been searching on how to increase stamina.
