Aiming

jogging_-_cartoon_07What is your aim for this year? For me, I have resolved to lose weight and be more physically fit. My forthcoming trip to Mt. Kinabalu serves as a first step in achieving my goal. I am, after all, motivated to do physical exercises… that would eventually lead to a weight loss. I am also contemplating of popping in some diet pills. But I don’t know which one is the better one to use yet. Might as well google it first. Anyway… I was feeling so tired when I woke up this morning. So I decided to jog right after I sent the kids to school. Hubby joined me. After jogging, I felt tired again… but more refreshed… if you know what I mean. I like the feeling of my sweat coming out… It is just so refreshing. Will contniue running/jogging tomorrow. It’s more fun doing it with hubby.

    As the Chinese would say, Janet, JIAYU! Which literally means “Add Oil”! Which in turn can be translated as “GO TO IT GAL!” You can do it!

    Mine is to participate in helping church activities, hopefully! lol! Can’t wait to see you climb that mountain. I know I’ll never be able to my entire life.
