We just came back from the airport to send Anni and Tapsa. They’re going back to Finland thrugh Bangkok that’s why they use the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) to fly. I noticed that there were not a lot of people around, compared to the last time I was there. Two things came to my mind. There were not a lot of people flying… and there were not a lot of people sending off. There’s only one reason behind it if it was so. H1N1. Just recently, I heard that there was one lady who died of H1N1 in our neighboring housing area, from USJ 12.
Maybe we all should get health insurance if we haven’t done so already. There’s a group health insurance I know of that’s same as the Blue Cross NC that would allow us to buy for a group insurance. I think doing so can allow us to save money in buying an insurance.
Let us not forget to be very extra careful as well to prevent the spreading of H1N1.

I have finally bought ticket for my parents to return home. They have extended their stay and I needed to change the dates of the original tickets but because I bought it from a promotiona sale, I wasn’t allowed to do that. So I had to buy a fresh new one. It’s actually more expensive this time because there was no promotion. I also booked their meals and booked a 30-kg of luggage allowance. There is also an option of buying a travel insurance. Not sure whether it’s cheap until I see some insurance quotes. I didn’t buy though. Now that I’m writing about it, I wish I did. Anyways, praying that there are no baggage losses along the way.

My husband still has problem with our house security. He says the house gate is too wide that everytime we open it, it exposes so much of our house inside. There’s nothing much to steal from our house though. But hubby can’t help feeling a lack of security. We do have house alarm though and we have spot light in our front porch. Maybe we should get video surveillance equipment so he would feel more secure?
We actually had a camera that was connected to our TV in our apartment last time. It was fun because when the door bell rang, I would straight away turn on the TV to see who’s outside. To make it more fun, I kept them waiting and see what they did outside the house. LOL. It’s my secret. Now it’s out. But that was a long time ago already. So please forgive me if you’re one of those people who came to our apartment and had to wait outside for a while. Hehehe. Now you know what I had been doing. LOL. Peace!

I have been drinking too much than I should. I keep promising myself not to overdo it. Just drink moderately and I would be fine. Now I feel so bloated. I really have problem with my drinking coca cola. There are days when I don’t drink at all and I would feel very successful but everytime I get the sense of success, I would delve into it more.
The problem is that if I allow myself and get carried away, I am unstoppable. Like today, I had two cans of coke. Yaiks. I feel terrible. I should probably start taking fat burners to burn off the excess fat I am accumulating. Hmmm…
On the other hand, I need to motivate myself to stop this unhealthy habit.

I just took my parents to Hatyai to cross the border for their visa extension. Filipinos usually get a one month visa in Malaysia. And since the 1 month was almost up, we decided to cross the border to extend their stay for one more month. To be traveling by train is the most convenient to travel to Hatyai from Kuala Lumpur. You get to lay down and sleep (if you can sleep at all with the train’s noise). Bus would be comfortable as well… but you only get to recline the chairs. So you won’t be able to stretch much.
Traveling long distance is very stressful. I wonder how it would be like to do cross country moving. I’m sure it would be too stressful. I am just hoping that we won’t do that at all. I’m quite contented to be living in Malaysia with my family.

My husband loves to keep our living room the way it is. So he doesn’t like the kids to linger around the living room because they will surely turn it upside down if they stay there all the time. Usually, the kids only stay there when they want to watch TV. So what did we do? We put our tv upstairs, in our room. I know, people would tell us it’s not a good idea to put tv even on one of those beautiful tv stands inside the master’s bed room. But we actually don’t mind. It won’t take up our intimate times because we don’t watch tv. Only the kids watch TV there and they have their tv times.
