Last week, I finished my 12-day diet program. I was glad I did lose some. But should I be happy or what? I didn’t really get my weight goal. I think I have set my standard high. I’ve been thinking of doing a follow-up. In fact, I have researched about Jerusalem Diet. It looks cool to me. I have been on diet break for 5 days now and I have regained 1.5 kgs! Not a good news. Boys will be boys. I know I keep saying this. I have a boy and a man and from experience, both of them prove that indeed boys will be boys. My boy loves cars so much. Everytime he sees a car, he would ask me what the name of the car is. He would usually recognize Volvo, Ford, Kancil (Malaysian car) and Smart cars. I have finished my 12-day diet program. I have lost a little bit of weight but I’m not satisfied coz I’m still overweight. I think I need to do some exercises to help me slim down some more. Running on an elliptical would sound nice but since I don’t have enough money to buy one and since it’s a hassle to go to the club just to run on an elliptical, I think I’ll just settle on running at the park. I wonder if loose diamonds would be categorized as perfect gives. All I know is that diamonds are expensive because they last forever. That’s probably why men give that stone when they propose a marriage with their loved ones because diamonds symbolizes eternity. I mean most of the engagement ring’s stones are diamonds, right?
