Happy or What?

Last week, I finished my 12-day diet program. I was glad I did lose some. But should I be happy or what? I didn’t really get my weight goal. I think I have set my standard high. I’ve been thinking of doing a follow-up. In fact, I have researched about Jerusalem Diet. It looks cool to me. I have been on diet break for 5 days now and I have regained 1.5 kgs! Not a good news. Perhaps I should incorporate weight loss pills to make it more effective? Not really sure yet. But since I am in the mood for dieting, might as well continue doing it. May God help me.
