My kids and I baked cupcakes today. They’ve been bugging me for days already. Since it’s their school holidays, I tried to do some fun stuff with them. So after they woke up from their afternoon naps, we started preparing to bake the cupcakes. Of course, I had to search online for the easiest cup cake recipe. I found this: Basic Chocolate Cup Cake Recipe Ingredients 5 oz (150g) Butter – softened 5 oz (150g) superfine (castor) sugar 6 oz (175g) self-raising flour 3 eggs 2 tbls cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Method 1.
